Scallop harvesting is allowed only during the traditional scallop season which extends from October 15th through March 31st the following year.
Signs marking the permitted areas for clam and oyster harvesting are clearly posted on Conditionally Managed waters. Scallops may be may be harvested from both Open and Closed areas.
